Having sold some locomotives on Ebay I was asked by a few customers if I would weather and detail some of their existing stock.

There is a small section showing how I replace the original plastic coal with real coal - have a look in the Model Trains folder.

In 2006 I took on some N gauge models to go with the OO that I was used to. Although the detail on the OO models is still better than in N, it does have its attractions and I am making a Japanese Kato based layout for a little friend of mine. I may get pictures on here when it's complete. The Japanese stock is far better quality and runs beautifully, UK modellers are poorly served in comparison.
